IGHFF 2025 Film Delivery Instructions

Specifications and methods for final film delivery to the 2025 Iris Global Health Film Festival.

All files must be delivered by Oct. 31st (10/31/2025)

 SPECIFICATIONS

  • REQUIRED

    • HD or higher resolution.

    • Stereo Audio Master (5.1 surround accepted but must be accompanied by stereo track)

    • Fully muxed single file (i.e. separate audio and video files will not be accepted.)

  • Preferred File Specs

  • FILETYPE: .mov, .mp4

  • VIDEO SPECS

    • Resolution: HD or higher

    • Aspect Ratio: Deliver in native aspect ratio (no 'black bars')

    • Codec: ProRes422

  • AUDIO SPECS

    • Codec: Uncompressed WAV

    • Channels: Stereo Master REQUIRED (5.1 surround accepted but must have a stereo downmix included as well)

Delivery Methods

Option 1: Dropbox Upload

  • Upload file directly to IGHFF’s dropbox HERE

*250GB filesize limit. Dropbox upload speeds can be slow. Allow ample time for upload to complete.

*Your file will be downloaded to local storage and removed from dropbox within 48 hrs.

Option 2: Provide a Download Link

  • If you already have a downloadable link prepared through a reputable file hosting service, (dropbox, google drive, frame.io, vimeo, filmfreeway, etc.) you may email it to us at iris@ighff.org

  • We will respond confirming that we were able to access the file via your link and have received the film. If no confirmation response is received within 7 days, please try re-sending the link.
